Since 1979, the Spanish Oaks Homeowners Association (SOHA) has been proud to serve our beautiful residential community in Palm Harbor, Florida. Our mission is simple: to maintain our neighborhood's aesthetic appeal, protect property values, and foster an exceptional quality of life for all residents.

From managing neighborhood guidelines and architectural reviews to keeping our central streetscapes and entrances looking pristine, SOHA works hard to keep Spanish Oaks a wonderful place to call home.

Our Volunteer Board

SOHA is managed by a dedicated, volunteer Board of Directors. Elected by neighbors at our Annual General Meeting each January, the Board is guided by Florida state statutes to ensure fair, transparent community governance.
